Chancellor Carter and his wife Sarah, center, danced the night away recently at the Jade Masquerade Ball. The ball is an annual fundraiser hosted by the Givens Performing Arts Center to support its activities. There was a silent auction, dinner and entertainment by The Carolina Breakers.
