CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Lt. Col. Colonel Stacy Locklear Jr. was recently promoted to the rank of colonel in the United States Air Force.
He is assigned to the Directorate for MASINT and Technical Collection at the Defense Intelligence Agency in Charlottesville, Va.
He is the son of Betty C. Locklear and the late Stacy Locklear Sr. of Pembroke.
RED SPRINGS —The Red Springs Arts Council will hold its annual Street Festival on Saturday.
The festival, which lasts from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., will be held on East Third Avenue.
There will be music and entertainment, car clubs, a clown, a mime, arts and crafts, food, and activities, as well as a health fair.
