LUMBERTON — Arnold West, a martial arts and gun safety instructor, recently spoke with the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association about self-defense.
He reviewed North Carolina’s gun laws, as well as other states’ reciprocity laws concerning concealed weapons. He also spoke about using guns for self-defense, gun anatomy and safety.
West also gave tips about self-protection, like traveling in groups, and resisting violence rather than giving in.
