Fourth of July
event Saturday
LUMBERTON — Lumberton’s annual Fourth of July celebration will be held Saturday at Lumberton Senior High School.
The festivities will begin at 7 p.m. with a fireworks display at 9 p.m. Gold Rush will perform.

Final concert set for Thursday
LUMBERTON — The final installment of this year’s Alive After 5 concert series will feature the Band of Oz on Thursday.
Beverages and ice cream will be for sale, and there will be a cornhole tournament.
The show is from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on the corner of Third and Water streets in Lumberton.
