LUMBERTON — The Belk Charity Sale, which offers customers 20 to 70 percent savings while supporting local charities, will be held from 6 to 10 a.m. on Nov. 5 at all Belk stores, including the one at Biggs Park Mall.

Each of the first 100 customers in the store will receive a free Belk gift card ranging from $5 to $100, and be entered in a chance to win one of three $1,000 Belk gift cards awarded company-wide. All of the proceeds from charity sale tickets, which cost $5, go toward participating charities. They can be purchased at participating agencies or at Belk stores starting Friday. Last year, the sale raised more than $9.5 million for hundreds of charitable organizations.

For information, call the Lumberton Belk store at (910) 739-3277.
