St. Pauls officials are asking that trick-or-treaters seek out the candy sweets from 5 to 8 p.m. that day.
The rest of the major municipalities in Robeson County will celebrate the holiday on Monday. Red Springs town officials on Monday had not designated hours, but when they do, The Robesonian will publish them.
Fairmont will hold trick-or-treating from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, and from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Dr. Electrode and the Farmers Festival Queens will be on the front porch of Town Hall giving out treats.
Rowland and Lumberton both have designated 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday for trick-or-treating, and Pembroke is holding its from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Monday. Maxton trick-or-treaters will be out from 5 to 9 p.m. on Monday.
