Rowland Middle School recently held its annual Keeping Kids in School program, which focused on students reaching goals by coming to school every day and not having unexcused absences. Radio personality Kelly Lampkin and motivational speaker Joseph McDaniel spoke to the studens to celebrate the first 20 days of school and students and staff signed pledge sheets with goals related to attendence, academics and behavior.
