The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Cedar Grove Baptist Church, the Rev. James A. Raye officiating. Burial will follow at Great Marsh Cemetery.
Surviving are a son, James Earl Martin of Durham; two daughters, Diana Hale and Joyce Ann McMillan, both of St. Pauls; two sisters, Marie Hill of Capitol Heights, Md., and Elizabeth Harrell of St. Pauls; and 10 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 7 p.m. today at Butler Funeral Home Chapel.
