Betty Faye Elliott Leggett, 67, of 1795 Tobacco Road, Fairmont, died July 20, 2004, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Bloomingdale Baptist Church in Orrum, the Rev. Tommy Fields officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memorial Cemetery in Fairmont.

Leggett was preceded in death by her husband, George Leggett; her parents, Kirby Elliott and Lena Johnson Elliott; and two brothers, Bobby Elliott and Douglas Elliott.

Surviving are four daughters, Debbie Braswell and her husband Lee, both of Rocky Mount, Teresa Carroll and her husband Brian, both of Whiteville, Georgia Gulledge and her husband Cyril, both of Matthews, and Robin Chicelli and her husband Danny, both of Rocky Mount; a sister-in-law, Lida Oliver of Fairmont; six grandchildren, Chris Carroll and Tonya Carroll, both of Whiteville, Crystal Gulledge and Brent Gulledge, both of Matthews and Michael Chicelli and Molly Chicelli, both of Rocky Mount; and two stepgrandchildren, Kandace Braswell and Benjamin Braswell, both of Rocky Mount.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Floyd Funeral Services of Fairmont and other times at the home, 1795 Tobacco Road.
