Reva Hunt Freeman, 85, of 1577 Turkey Branch Road, died March 2, 2006, at home.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Monday at New Bethel Holiness Methodist Church in Rowland, Bishop James H. Woods officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
She was a homemaker and Southeastern Regional Medical Center volunteer for 10 years, during which she contributed 5342 hours from 1993 to 2003. She was a member of New Bethell Holiness Methodist Church for more than 60 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. “Buddy” Freeman; a son, Eric Glenn Freeman, husband of Jeanette F. Ransom; a daughter, Annie D. Hunt, wife of Chad H. Hunt; and a grandson, Channing Oxendine.
Surviving are 11 sons, James Ernest Freeman of Kaiser, Mo., Frank Freeman of Charleston, S.C., Bobby Freeman of Lumberton, Gerald Freeman and Dwight Freeman, both of Fairmont, Kenneth Freeman of Pembroke, Ronnie Freeman of Kingsland, Ga., Stevie Freeman of Alexandria, Va., David Freeman of Jefferson City, Mo., Gregory Freeman of the home and Terry Freeman of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; a daughter, Myra F. Hunt of Fairmont; a sister, Bernice Locklear of Farston, Ga.; 24 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont and other times at the home, 1577 Turkey Branch Road, Fairmont.
