To the Editor,

Just before Thanksgiving, my son and I were driving on Fayetteville Road. He was stopped at the light there at Wendy’s. We had some plywood on the truck. Had it tied down too, but when he pulled off when the light changed, he looked back and said “Oh no!’ I ask him what was wrong and he said that all the plywood had slipped off the truck.

You know what a busy road that is? Well, before we could get out of the truck some guy came running over to where we were and when I got out of the truck another guy had pulled his truck behind the wood where no one would hit it. He got out and the two of them worked with my son and myself to get it back in the truck.

The one guy was driving a white truck. I don’t know what the other one was in; he came from Wendy’s parking lot. I wish I knew who they were so I could thank them.

All I can say is I believe in angels and those two fellows were angels as far as I am concerned. I hope they both have a very Merry Christmas and the very best in the coming New Year.

God Bless you both.
