LUMBERTON — Melanie Canady, of Acme Electric, reported on Monday that someone pried open a door to the business on West Fifth Street and took four large copper transformers valued at $10,000 and 40 small transformers valued at $200, according to a police report.

Canady also reported $300 damage to a gas grill at the business.

LUMBERTON — Heath Graham, of the city of Lumberton, reported on Monday that someone broke into a community building at 1408 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and took a $1,000 computer; a $200 printer; a $175 refrigerator; an $80 microwave; and a $30 surge protector, according to a police report.

The thieves caused about $700 damage to the windows and door of the building.

LUMBERTON — Brenda Harris, of Elm Street, reported on Monday that someone broke a window to her 2002 Lincoln LS and took a $500 CD and DVD player, according to a police report.
