To the Editor,
Robeson county needs a county commissioner who will keep the interests of its citizens ahead of his own personal profit. Raymond Cummings has proven that he is a man of integrity, fairness and sound judgment. Wise financial decision-making in his own private affairs makes him the best candidate to keep our county moving forward in hard economic times.
As a businessman myself, I appreciate and support a candidate who is a good manager of his personal affairs. Vote to keep the man in office who has given distinguished service to county government and built a good name for himself as a responsible decision-maker. We can trust Raymond Cummings to represent our interests in sensibly improving Robeson County.

I would like to clear up the last post you made. Yes, I am the mother of Mr. Raymond's grandchild and I do greatly support him. But if you're wondering, I wouldn't vote for Lacy even if he wasn't running against Mr. Raymond! You obviously know so much about my life but if you must know, I started out at DSS through a temporary program called CIP that last from July-May. I APPLIED for 2 jobs before I got a permanent position, along with 4 other people. If I wouldn't have gotten a permanent position I wouldn't be working at DSS after May. Everyone that started in CIP was referred by someone so everyone else that was in the program knew someone too! I had been out of work for 3 months and needed a job because I just recently I had a newborn baby and needed a job so i could support her. If Mr. Raymond would've "pulled some strings" I would've never even started out through a temporary position ad wouldn't have never had to apply for a permanent position, don't you think? But Raymond is a good man, I know that personally. He's a family man and he does do things for the people, I've seen it first hand. I'm sorry you had to go on here and post lies about him but none of what you said was true.
