Emerson Moore, 4 years old, decided to donate 10 inches her hair last Wednesday to Locks of Love, a non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in need of them under age 18 years old. Emerson said she wanted to cut it so that she could, 'give my hair to people who don't have any.' Candace Ivey with Shear Perceptions gave Emerson, who is the daughter of Chris and Christy Moore, her first major hair cut.
