n Arrest
MAXTON — James Clayton Locklear, 57, of 237 Carl St., was arrested for indecent exposure after exposing himself to a 5-year-old girl, according to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
The girl’s grandmother said Locklear grabbed the girl, who lives nearby, and exposed himself to her, sheriff’s Maj. Howard Branch said. Locklear is being held at the Robeson County jail under a $2,000 bond.
Locklear has previously faced charges for assault on a female.
n Assault
LUMBERTON — Gary Carter and Sid Hosseini, of Southeastern Regional Medical Center at 300 W. Fifth St., reported on Friday that a psychiatric patient threw a blood-pressure machine at them when he didn’t get the medication he requested, according to a police report.
Damage to the machine was reported at $5,000.
n Thefts
LUMBERTON — William Little, of Bryant Street, reported on Monday that a bicycle valued at $500 was taken from his front porch, according to a police report.
LUMBERTON — Khalid Qsaimi, of Legend Wireless at 2751 Roberts Ave., reported on Monday that someone took a $700 cell phone from the counter , according to a police report.
LUMBERTON — Anthony Brown, of Marion Road, reported on Monday that someone took a red and white scooter valued at $1,200 from his home, according to a police report.
n Break-ins
LUMBERTON — Viola Britt, of Belle Street, reported on Monday that someone cut the locks to her storage building and stole a generator valued at $500, according to a police report.
LUMBERTON — Jeremy Laforce, of Concord, reported on Monday that someone entered his unlocked room at the Best Western Inn at 201 Jackson Court and took a $750 cell phone, according to a police report.
