Theft

LUMBERTON — Kevin Broome, of Shoe Show Inc. at 2900 N. Elm St., reported on Monday that an employee took shoes valued at $1,600 from the business and sold them, according to a police report.

Vandalism

LUMBERTON — Lloyd Harris, of Black’s Tire & Auto Service at 5020 Fayetteville Road, reported on Tuesday that someone threw a concrete block through the window of a 2002 Ford F-150 belonging to Carhelio Molina of Odum Road while it was parked at the business, according to a police report.

Harris reported $300 damage to the window.

Break-ins

LUMBERTON — Dennis Kinlaw, of the city of Lumberton at 420 Halsey St., reported on Monday that someone cut a hole in the right side of a fence at a substation at 289 Emery Road and took copper wire valued at $100 from a regulator, according to a police report.

Kinlaw reported $500 damage to the fence.

LUMBERTON — Ronald Mitchell, of Eisenhower Street, reported on Monday that someone broke into his 1999 Chevrolet Venture and took prescription medication valued at $6 from the glove compartment and tools valued at $40 from the back seat, according to a police report.

Mitchell reported $50 damage to the glove compartment.

Christopher Lawrence, of Prospect Road in Pembroke; Johanna McLellan, of Howard Circle in Fairmont; and Catrina Caldwell, of Britt Road in St. Pauls.
