Arrests

FAIRMONT — A 55-year-old Fairmont man was arrested Friday night during a raid on his home and is charged with selling drugs and alcohol to the more than 20 people who were at the home at the time, according to Police Chief Danny Parker.

Arlivid Worley, of 102 S. Liberia St., is charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of a stolen firearm and failure to obtain a proper ABC permit. He is out of jail on a $6,000 bond.

Twenty-four people were taken by the town’s bus from the home to Fairmont’s Police Department, Parker said. Four were arrested on outstanding warrants.

Worley had sold drugs and alcohol to investigators more than once over the course of three months, Parker said.

Fraud

LUMBERTON — Ericka Smith, of Lumber River Trading Company at 1675 N. Roberts Ave., reported on Thursday that someone used an invalid credit card to purchase items valued at $5,135, according to a police report.

Vandalism

LUMBERTON — Nancy Pittman, of Honda/Suzuki at 1311 W. Fifth St., reported on Monday that someone threw rocks through two front windows of the business, causing $2,000 damage, according to a police report.

Break-ins
