Southeastern Rehabilitation Clinic Gray’s Creek is located within Southeastern Medical Clinic Gray’s Creek at 1249 Chicken Foot Road in Hope Mills. To schedule an appointment, call 910-779-1967.
Hours for both clinics are Mondays through Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays 7:30 a.m. to noon.
