Shots fired

LUMBERTON — Joan Tilley, of East Avenue, reported on Saturday that someone fired shots at her home, causing $125 damage to a window, according to a police report.

Robbery

LUMBERTON — Camilla Jackson, of Milan Avenue, reported on Friday that someone punched her and took a purse valued at $252 while she was in the parking lot of China King at 501 W. Second St., according to a police report.

Jackson reported the purse contained $400 cash and several identification cards.

Vandalism

LUMBERTON — Vickie Barney, of Burger King at 200 Roberts Ave., reported on Sunday that someone caused $500 damage to the restaurant’s drive-through speaker box, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Allan Hassan, of Puff N Stuff Smoke Shop at 325 Elizabethtown Road, reported on Sunday that someone backed their truck into the front doors of the business, causing $650 damage, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Legronda Lesane, of Howard Circle in Fairmont, reported on Saturday that someone keyed her 2003 Cadillac Deville while it was parked at Walmart at 5070 Fayetteville Road, causing $4,000 damage, according to a police report.

Theft

LUMBERTON — Claire Winer, of 15th Street, reported on Friday that someone found the key to her storage shed in her yard and took a $200 lawn mower and a $230 bicycle, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Lisa Bedell, of 15th Street, reported on Friday that someone took a $250 lawn mower from a shelter in her yard, according to a police report.

Fraud

LUMBERTON — Leslie Griffin, of Sundo at 3365 Roberts Ave., reported on Friday that someone tried to purchase items with a $10 counterfeit bill, according to a police report.

Break-ins

LUMBERTON — Catherine Williams, of Godwin Avenue, reported on Saturday that someone broke the lock off of her storage building and took yard equipment valued at $365, two bicycles valued at $100 each, fishing equipment valued at $550 and outdoor equipment valued at $725, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Charles Lowry, of Highway 41 Laundromat at 6693 Elizabethtown Road, reported on Sunday that someone broke into the business and took $25 cash from the register, an unknown amount of laundry detergent and a box containing and unknown amount of cash, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Damon McRae, of Fifth Street, reported on Saturday that someone entered his unlocked 1987 Ford F150 and took a $70 CD player and a $200 amplifier, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Gilbert Wooten, of Carolina Avenue, reported on Saturday that someone broke into her 2010 Toyota Corolla while it was parked at her home and took a $300 GPS, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Faustino Fernando, of Core Drive in St. Pauls, reported on Sunday that someone took a $400 washer and air-conditioning equipment valued at $300 from a home he owns at 815 Coree St., according to a police report.

Wooten reported $390 damage to a window.
