Robert Phillips, 74, of Tega Cay, S.C., passed away peacefully Sept. 30, 2012.
The funeral will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Temple Beth El. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. at the Lumbee Memorial Garden.
He was born March 3, 1938, in New York to Goldie and Irving Phillips.
Bob was the beloved husband of 24 years to Sarah Phillips; devoted father of Michael (Carol) Phillips and Karen (Don) Eckstein; stepfather to Bobby (Rebecca) Locklear. He is also survived by a sister Judith Selman of Rochester, N.Y.; a brother, Neil Phillips of Carlsbad, Calif.; and nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent York County Humane Society, Fort Mill, S.C.
Harry & Bryant Company is serving the family.
