As a proud member of the Lumbee Tribe I am writing this comment from Rome Italy. As recently as a few hours ago I once again walked through the ancient ruins and read the history of Rome.

In the Senate room I read how there are many questions about who the original Romans were and where they came from. Myth or fact they claim their roots can be traced back to the Trojans. And they are a proud people.

Tracing the history of the Lumbees can also be complicated. But after being placed on a board and being chosen once again to speak to Military families in Garmisch Germany I will return from Europe as the Romans "PROUD."

I wish you would stop referring to this group as some legitimate organization. This place has become the butt of local jokes wround here.

Speaking of the rolls being closed, THAT AINT ALL THAT'S GONNA BE CLOSED AFTER MS HAYWOOD IS FINISHED.

RossisRight I have read your comments for quite awhile now and I wonder why do you dislike the Lumbee people so much. You make some racial remarks all the time. Yes there have been Lumbee people that have made bad choices and even did some horrible things but it is really unfair for you to judge the whole tribe for those people's action. There are a lot of good, decent, hardworking, and most of all God fearing people in the Lumbee Tribe. There are also people of other races who have made bad choices and did horrible things. And as for your remarks about Ms. Haywood I think you should just wait for the outcome of that stuation before you add your two cents. All people are innocent until proven guilty. I know that most of your remarks are made towards the Lumbees that hold some kind of office but come on do you really think your people are any better.
