Lloyd “Bucky” Bradley Georges, 72, of Morganton, died Nov. 4, 2012, at the Burke Palliative Center.
A memorial will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home, the Rev. Jerry Gamble officiating.
Lloyd is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Musselwhite Georges of the home; two daughters, Debbie Georges Pope of Lumberton and Shari Renee Georges Ray of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; two brothers, Barry Wilson Georges of Morganton and Frank Peter Renick Jr. of Laurel, Mo.; two sisters, Carol Rae Beauxis of Morganton and Sallie Faye Renick Tester of Sullivan, Mo.; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The visitation will be at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
