Kelly A. Locklear Jr., infant, of 8393 Deep Branch Road, died Nov. 3, 2012, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at 853 Jose H. Drive in Pembroke, the Rev. Kenny Mitchell officiating.
Surviving are his parents, Kelly A. Locklear and Kendra Hunt, both of Pembroke.
The visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. today at Revels Funeral Home in Pembroke.
