Victor Gavin
ARLINGTON, VA — Victor Gavin, a 1980 graduate of Lumberton High School, was appointed to serve as the Department of the Navy’s executive officer for Enterprise Information Systems in a ceremony on Oct. 5 at the Washington Navy Yard.
Gavin, who has more than 32 years of public service within the Department of the Navy, has served as the deputy program executive officer for the past 12 months, overseeing a $2 billion portfolio of information technology projects and programs designed to provide standard information technology capabilities for the military and civilian employees of the Department of the Navy.
