Myrtle Taylor Hendren, 80, of Lumberton, passed away on Nov. 22, 2012, at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Whiteville.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton.

She was born in Robeson County on Nov. 8, 1932, to the late John Henry Taylor and Ola Grace Taylor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Nancy Ezzell and Evelyn Grey Taylor.

She is survived by two sons, Greg Hendren of Raleigh and Charles Hendren of Lumberton; two brothers, Gene Taylor of Bladenboro and Harold Taylor; a sister, Elizabeth Speights of Lumberton; three granddaughters; and a great-granddaughter.

The visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. Fifth St., Lumberton and from 3 to 6 p.m. at 2502 Oak St., Lumberton.
