Viola Lee Britt Branch, 85, of Laurens, S.C., formerly of Lumberton, passed away Dec. 25, 2012, at NHC Healthcare in Laurens, S.C.

A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton, the Rev. Henry C. Bruce officiating.

She was born on March 14, 1927, to the late Andrew Frances Britt and the late Florida Mae Stephens Britt.

Branch is survived by her daughter, Jo Ann Shultz of Lumberton, N.C.; a brother, Andrew Rowland Britt of Tarboro; a nephew, Clinton Frances Britt Jr. and wife Paula of Hope Mills, N.C.; two great-nephews, James Howard Parrish of Stedman, N.C., and Ethan Britt of Hope Mills; two grandchildren, Robert Earl Turner and wife DeeDee of St. Pauls, N.C., and Brian Daniel Turner, Newberry, S.C.; and three great-grandchildren, Joshua Turner, Davis Turner and Emily Turner.

A time of visitation will follow the service at the graveside.
