Garnie Keith Britt, 50, of Orrum, passed away Dec. 28, 2012, at his home with his family by his side.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Broad Ridge Baptist Church, the Rev. W.C. Baxley and Mike Longson officiating. He will be laid to rest in Broad Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
He retired as a wildlife officer from the N.C. Wildlife Resource Commission.
Left to cherish his memories are loving wife, Crystal Britt; his children, Miranda and Laken Britt of Wilmington, and Christian Britt and Tyler Nicholson, both of Orrum; his parents, Helen and Tom Britt of Orrum; two sisters, Vickie Evans of Lumberton, and Sheila Foltz of Knoxville, Tenn.; and a brother, Randy Britt.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Biggs Funeral Home.
