Cameron Dwayne Goins Jr., infant, of 3045 Prospect Road, died Dec. 27, 2012, at Moore Regional Hospitals.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Lowry family cemetery, the Rev. Fred Ball officiating.
He is survived by his parents, Cameron D. Goins and Chelcey Lynn Parker; his maternal grandparents, Alex Michael Locklear and Kimberly Kay Parker; and his paternal grandparents, Dwayne Goins and Tina Jacobs Goins.
The visitation will be at 406 Barker St., in Pembroke.
