PEMBROKE — Joshua Jackson of Lumberton, Amy Chavis Oxendine of Shannon, and Elizabeth Locklear and Brenda A. Oxendine, both of Pembroke have been inducted into Alpha Chi, The University of North Carolina at Pembroke’s oldest chartered honor society.
Jackson is a senior Business Administration major.
Amy is junior Education major in the Birth to Kindergarten Program and a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society.
Locklear is a senior Mass Communication major, vice president of UNCP’s student chapter of Public Relations Student Society of America and business manager for the Pine Needle student newspaper.
Brenda, a double major in Sociology and Special Education, is a member of Kappa Delta Pi and Alpha Sigma Lambda honor societies.
