Break-ins

LUMBERTON — Paul Lauferswiler, of Chedington Road, Hope Mills, reported on Monday that someone broke the side window of an excavator belonging to Tarheel Garrick, causing $200 damage, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Anthony Wayne Branch, of Hampstead Road, reported on Monday that someone broke into his 2002 Chevrolet truck and stole $1,000 in tools, $360 in knives and $60 in flashlights, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Carolyn Powell, of Fayetteville Road, reported on Monday that someone broke into Abigail’s at 4531 Fayetteville Road and stole $135 worth of food. Damages were estimated at $200, according to a police report.

Thefts

LUMBERTON — Tammy Wynette Canady, of Parmale Avenue, reported on Monday that someone stole her 2006 Chevrolet HHR valued at $15,000, according to a police report.
