Patty Rollins

ORRUM — Patty Sue McCormick Rollins, 64, of 1721 Bethesda Church Road, passed away Jan. 22, 2013, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Barnesville Community Cemetery.

Rollins was born Jan. 12, 1949, in Robeson County.

She was a homemaker and served as a volunteer with the Fairmont Rural and White House Fire Departments over the years and also volunteered with the EMT South Robeson Rescue.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Olene McPhatter McCormick; a son, Timothy Mark Rollins; and two sisters, Betty Britt and Bonnie Kay McCormick.

She is survived by her husband, Victor Rollins of the home; a son, Jimmy Wayne Rollins of Fairmont; a brother, Mitchell McCormick of Orrum; a sister, Patricia Ann Barfield of Lake View; and a grandson, Nicholas Gage Rollins.

The visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.
