CHICAGO — Maria H. Locklear, a former resident of Maxton, N.C., has won the designation of certified nurse manager and leader by the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
Locklear works at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, N.C., after graduating from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She is currently seeking her master’s in Health Care Administration from Walden University.
She is the daughter of Bentley and Annie Harris of Maxton and is marred to Darrick Locklear.
