Joyce Locklear
PEMBROKE — Joyce O. Locklear, 56, of 103 Cornith Road, Lot 23, died Feb. 17, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Venus R. Locklear.
She is survived by her mother, Margaret Oxendine of St. Pauls; a daughter, Penny Caulder of St. Pauls; three brothers, Earl Oxendine, Bill Oxendine and Foy Oxendine Jr.; a sister, Helen Lowery; and two grandchildren.
Services entrusted to Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
