LUMBERTON — Democrats in Robeson County and throughout North Carolina will hold their precinct meetings on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Each precinct will meet at its regular polling place.

Each of Robeson County’s precincts will elect officers, a precinct committee, and delegates to the Robeson County Democratic Convention to be held on April 20 in Lumberton at the county courthouse. The meetings are free and open to all Democrats living in the precinct.

“Precincts are the building blocks of a strong and vibrant Democratic Party,”said John McNeill, chairman of the Robeson County Democratic Party. “We need robust precincts to help move our county, our state, and our country forward. Only through your work will we elect Democrats who will provide educational opportunities for our children, help for our seniors, and disabled, and create jobs.”

For information, call McNeill at 910-733-2226.
