Pam McNeel, of Ocean Isle Beach, and Charles Kemp, of Fairmont, were united in marriage in a private ceremony on March 10 in the groom’s home.
The couple will renew their vows at a later ceremony attended by their family at Trinity United Methodist Church. Following that ceremony the couple will receive family and friends at a celebration of their union at the Shrine Clubhouse on Gertrude Street in Fairmont. Invitations to the church ceremony and celebration will not be sent.
The bride is a self-employed as a bookkeeper and the groom is mayor of Fairmont. They will make their home at 405 N. Main St. in Fairmont.
