Wake county had 54 with a population of 952,000. That's 1 in 17,630. Guilford county's population is 501,000. That's 1 in 15,182. Forsyth's population is 358,000, for 1 in 11,548. Robeson county's population is 135,000. That's 1 in 5,000. We're not really 4th...We're number one!

Wolfpack, what's your problem? I merely stated the facts of the numbers. There's nothing derogatory or suggestive in my comment. You're angry and defensive, seek therapy.

I say everyone should have to pee in a cup on sight and have it tested right there. We have more elderly and young, but especially the old church folks riding around hopped up on NARCOTIC PAIN RELEIVERS, i.e. percocets, lorocets, oxycintin, loritabs, etc.... All buzzed up full of youthful energy out visiting. You are not to operate a motor vehicle if you take pain pills.

If the county followed that law, we'd have half the traffic on our roads. We have an epidemic of pain pill addicts in this county, start locking grandma up and takeing her pain pills.

Don't see the need to issue so many tickets when they get a lawyer and not be punished. There should be a law permanently if a person blow .08 license should be revolked , but give them permission to drive to work, if they work and not on the road after work hours. There is too many innocent people dying from drunks

@bosomhandkerchief...FYI, that is the law.Hats off to all law enforcement for all that they do. Tickets written are possible lives saved...actually if they change the penalty and punishment on DWIs and other laws, maybe law enforcement can catch a break.
