LUMBERTON — Biggs Park Mall will hold a Comic Book, Sports Card and Collectible Toy Show on Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Dec. 9 from noon to 6 p.m.

The show will feature Southeastern North Carolina’s largest selection of comic books from the 1940s to the present, sports cards and memorabilia of all types, vintage toys, action figures and free appraisals of antique toys, comic books and movie posters.

LUMBERTON — Robeson Community College Foundation will hold a Christmas Talent Show featuring the Robeson Community College Ensemble Choir on Dec. 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the college at 5160 Fayetteville Road.

There will also be performances by the Robeson County Christmas Show performers and American Idol finalist Victoria Huggins, among others.

RED SPRINGS — The Red Springs And Northern Railroad Foundation will hold Rails To Christmas rail car rides on Dec. 14 and Dec. 15, and Dec. 21 and Dec. 22 at the depot on the corners of East Third and North Main streets. Trains will run from 6 to 10 p.m. each day.

There will be hot chocolate and cookies available, and every child 12 and under will receive a Christmas gift bag. Attendants are asked to bring a new, unwrapped gift to donate to the Toys for Tots program.

LUMBERTON — Biggs Park Mall will hold Holiday Mall Mile, a walk for health, from 7 to 9 a.m. starting Thursday and continuing every Thursday until Dec. 13.

Anyone who walks at least five laps around the interior of the mall will be eligible for door prizes. Refreshments will be available.
