Donald James (D.J.) Brown, 41, died Dec. 17, 2012, at his residence.
A memorial will be 3 p.m. today at Second Baptist Church in St. Pauls.
He is survived by his mother, Connie Warren of St. Pauls; a daughter, Victoria Brown; his brother, Scott Brown; and three sisters, Angela Locklear, Susan Warren and Glenda Callahan.
The visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. today at the church before the service.
