L.B. Dunn
MAXTON — L.B. Dunn, 83, of 118 Dekota Road, was born July 29, 1929, to the late Macy Oxendine Dunn and Jake Dunn. He departed this life on Jan. 22, 2013.
The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Revels Funeral Home Chapel in Pembroke, the Rev. Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Lumbee Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by two daughters, Brenda Diaz of Arizona and Sissy Dunn, both of Pembroke; two sons, Buddy Dunn of Fayetteville, and James E. Dunn of Laurel Hill; two sisters, Bertha Lee Smiling of Maxton, and Janice James of Shannon; a brother, Ricky Strickland of Red Springs; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday before the service.
