SHANNON— Melba Childers, 78, of 637 Lambardy Village Road, died Feb. 6, 2013, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. The funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Missionary Baptist Church. The visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today at McKoy & Son’s Funeral Home.
