PEMBROKE — Baby Jax BC Locklear, infant, of 348 Woods Road, was born Feb. 25, 2013, in Scotland County to his parents, Jordan Brain Cody Locklear and Kindra Locklear, and departed this life on Feb. 25, 2013, at Scotland Memorial Hospital.

A graveside service will be 4 p.m. Friday at Prospect United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Baby Jax was preceded in death by Sanford Locklear, Henry Chavis, Timothy Locklear, Dorothy Locklear and Clinton Carter.

Baby Jax leaves to cherish his memories his brother, Master Justice Bradly Cage Locklear of the home; his maternal grandparents, Michael Locklear and Sharon Locklear, both of Pembroke; his paternal grandmother, Diane Locklear of Maxton; a uncle, Kyle Locklear of Pembroke; an aunt, Brittany Jacobs of Maxton; his maternal great-grandmothers, Helen Locklear of Pembroke, and Janie Chavis of Shannon; a paternal great-grandmother, Carol Brewer of Rennert; and a host of other relatives and friends.
