SHANNON — Julius Evans Jacobs, 34, of 2769 Balfour Road, died Feb. 26, 2013, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Saturday before the visitation. The visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Heritage Funeral Services.
