Issac Ray Thompson “Smooth”, 31, of 1619 Moss Neck Road, was born in Robeson County. He departed this life on Sept. 14, 2012, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Holy Swamp Baptist Church in Lumberton. Interment will be at Holy Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery.
Issac attended the Public Schools of Robeson County. He joined Holy Swamp Baptist Church. Issac worked at Robeson Community College for eight years and was a very dedicated worker. He recently work at Kayser-Roth in Lumberton. Issac was a very faithful, dedicated, loving father to his three children. They were the “Love” and Joy of his life. Issac enjoyed spending time with his mother, children, family, cooking, cleaning, sports and being “Smooth”.
He is survived by his mother, Doretha Thompson; two daughters, Kiara Thompson and Iyana Thompson; a son, Rayshaun Baker; six sisters, Coletha Campbell, Jenny Wright, Rosaline Whittington, Penella Mitchell, Betty McIntyre and Doris Jones; four brothers, Levender Thompson, Fred Thompson Jr., Elbert Thompson and Nathaniel Thompson; and a foster brother, Terry Locklear.
The visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Colvin Funeral Home and Cremations.

Ann Elizabeth Pittman, 72, of 217 E. sixth ave., died Sept. 18, 2012, at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at St. James AME Zion Church, the Rev. Tim Mckoy officiating. Burial will follow in Rockfish Cemetery.
Surviving are her husband, Alton Pittman of the home; a daughter, Madonna Pittman of upper Marlboro, Md.; three sons, Chris Pittman of Red Springs, Alphonso Pittman and Brian Pittman both of Washington, D.C., four sisters, Lillie M. Rogers and Brenda Cooper, both of Fayetteville, Patricia F. McNeill and Barbara Fairley, both of Red Springs; three brothers, Leo Sinclair of Plainfield, N.J., Donald Sinclair of Red Springs, and Abdullah Ibn Muhammad of Somerset, N.J.
The visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church. Morris Funeral Home of Red Springs is serving the family.

Alexander Graham, 63, of 4816 N. eight St., formerly of Fair Bluff, died Sept. 15, 2012.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Sandy Grove Baptist Church in Fair Bluff, the Rev. Thomas Register officiating. Burial will follow in Butler Branch Church Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Sherry Graham; two sons, Quatra Graham and Hakeem Graham; a daughter, Shannabree Graham; two sisters, Ethel Johnson and Delores Mears; and seven grandchildren.
The visitation will be with the family at 290 Bardin St.
William Johnson

William D. Johnson, 65, of Detroit, Formerly of Fairmont, died Aug. 23, 2012, at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Mich.
The memorial will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John AME Church in Fairmont, the Revs. Thomas Jones and Charles Townsend officiating.
Surviving are his wife, Rita Johnson; five sons, William Johnson Jr., Kelvin Johnson, Jamie L. Johnson, Maurice T. Burris and Ryan William Burris Johnson; three daughters, Telisha Beauford, Tammie Daniels and Ginger Jones; two brothers, Lloyd Mishoe and Charles Mishoe; and five sisters, Barbara Summers, Joan Lennon, Harriet Thompson, Linda McLean and Carrie Dalaney; and nine grandchildren.
