Emma Mathews, 75, of 700 N. Main St., died Sept. 25, 2012, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.

The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Fairmont, the Revs. Elder Russell Nelson and Wendell Thompson officiating. Entombment will be Monday at Roselawn Memorial Garden in Princeton, W.Va.

Surviving are three sons, Melvin Ellison, Vada Mathews and Andre D. Mathews; a daughter ,Antionette Sneed; four brothers, Charles Leggette, Richard Mitchell, Jake Dean and Russell Nelson; three sisters, Ruby Powell, Annie Lee McNair and Gezel Simmons; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Hill’s Funeral Home.
