Mary Helen Purdie, 77, of 169 Brandie Road, died Sept. 26, 2012, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Piney Grove United Methodist Church, the Rev. Robert Fairley officiating. Burial will follow in Piney Grove Church Cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters, Gwendolyn P. Bonds and Bridgette Bey; a sister, Christobelle G. Malloy; and a brother, Geromina Graham.
The visitation will be 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at Purcell Funeral Home.
