Shanon Warren Wilkins, 46, of White Lake, died Oct. 11, 2012.
The funeral will be 1:30 p.m Sunday at Bladen-Gaskin Funeral Home. A graveside service will be 4 p.m. Sunday at Banner Chapel Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Hartley Wilkins of the home; his mother, Carol B. Wilkins of Benson; three sons, Sha Wilkins, A.J. Wilkins and Joey Lipofski, all of the home; and a daughter, Katie Lipofski of the home.
The visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Bladen-Gaskin Funeral Home.
