Perry Lynn Dial, 44, of 136 Maxton Road, died Dec. 5, 2012, at his home.
The funeral will be 8 p.m. today at Revels Funeral Home Chapel in Pembroke. Burial will be at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Angelia Dial of the home; two daughters, Kirstie Noel Dial of the home, and Lauren A. Dial of Red Springs; his father, Charles Dial of Maxton; a brother, Brad Dial of Laurinburg; and a sister, Tonya Renee Lowery of Red Springs.
The visitation will be 7 p.m. today at Revels Funeral Home in Pembroke.
