Furman Bell, 63, of 18820 Ester Drive, died Dec. 8, 2012, at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Friday at St. Anna Baptist Church, Ministers Kay Campbell and Athena Bledsole officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Fay Bell of the home; three sons, Terry Jr. Bell and Stephen Dale Bell, both Carthage, and Anthony Wade Bell of Hamlet; two stepsons, Danny Foster and Michael Foster of Seagrove; a stepdaughter, Tammy Foster of Sanford; two brothers, Garland Bell of West End and Bobby Bell of Wagram; a sister, Frances Sue Lyles of Gastonia; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
The visitation will be from 1 to 2:45 p.m. Friday at Heritage Funeral Home.
