Ruben McCoy

ST. PAULS — Ruben Leon McCoy, 67, of St. Pauls, died Jan. 20, 2013.

The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Fletcher Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Laurinburg. The burial with dove ceremony will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Laurinburg.

He was the son of the late John and Gracie McCoy.

He is survived by his wife, Bernadette McCoy; his sons, John McCoy of Maryland, Brandon McCoy of Lumberton, Aaron Bethea and Arthur Bethea Jr., both of St. Pauls, and Edmund Jackson of New York; his daughters, Ebony Ray and Sharon Bethea, both of St. Pauls, Della Banks of Washington, D.C., Stephanie Ellis of Maryland, Antoinette McDuffie of Hope Mills , and Collette Morris of Laurinburg; a brother, John Frank McCoy of Texas; and his sisters, Doris Poe of Laurinburg, Grace Dublin of New Jersey, and Nancy McCoy of Laurinburg.
