Dula Kuehmichel

LUMBERTON — Dula Mae Hunt Kuehmichel, 85, passed away Feb. 07, 2013, at Southeastern Hospice House of Lumberton.

The funeral will be noon Saturday at Floyd Memorial Chapel, the Rev. Joe Bounds officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Faith Cemetery.

She was born on March 21, 1927, in Robeson County to the late Plummer Hunt and the late Eula Oxendine Hunt.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Kuehmichel.

Kuehmichel is survived by her daughter, Michelle Falango and husband Christopher, and their children, Samantha and Alexandra Falango, all of Hamden, Conn.; her sister, Mary Chavis, of Fairmont; two sisters-in-law, Katie Schneiker and husband Josef, of Colgate, Wis., and Ruth Wright, of Milwaukee; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory Inc.
